We want you to love every piece you buy from Vamayukt. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy to fix.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it through the website, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives (see below).

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are available on select products only. Eligibility and any specific conditions are listed on the individual product page — please check there first.
• For most items, you have a 3-day window from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• If doorstep pickup isn't available in your area, you'll need to self-ship the item back to our office address (details below). Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.
• This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice, so it's worth a quick check before you buy.

Before You Send It Back

To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, we can only accept returns that are:

• Unused and unworn, with no signs of wear
• In original packaging, with all tags still attached — items without tags won't be accepted
• Requested within the return window shown on the product page; requests raised after this window can't be processed

Please note: customised or personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
